Polkadot Launch:

Signal Intent

Validators who already hold DOT can signal their intent to validate and stake on the network, nominators can signal intent to back specific validators.

Prepare to Validate

How do we move forward?

Once the network was running smoothly and had a sufficient number of well staked validators, Nominated Proof of Stake was enabled with a Sudo call to change eras, and therefore perform the first validator election.
